TCR Sequences
TCR sequences can be searched against known structures for potential matches to characterized TCRs, which can be used to infer functionality or as templates for structural modeling. Also available are curated sets of therapeutically and medically relevant TCR sequences that target cancer and viruses, from repertoire-scale and other recent studies in the literature, that are not currently represented in other databases. Additional larger sets of TCR sequences can be found in VDJdb.
