In addition to our datasets, we also provide two online tools for calculating geometrical parameters and docking & crossing angles of TCRpMHC complexes, respectively. The tools can be accessed below. For more information, check out the TCR CoM info page and the TCR Angle info page.
Calculate the geometrical parameters (r, θ, and φ) of TCRs on the top of MHC proteins.
